A blueberry drink is both beautiful and refreshing, perfect as an aperitif or for a warm summer evening.
Blueberry Mojito — recipe:

4 cl white rum

1 handful fresh blueberries

1 tsp raw sugar

Fresh mint

Juice from 1/2 lime

Soda water

Ice
Muddle the blueberries together with sugar, mint, and lime juice in a glass. Fill with ice and rum. Top up with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with extra blueberries and a sprig of mint.
Blueberry pie — a timeless classic
Blueberry pie is a true favorite, loved by both children and adults. It’s easy to bake and can be varied with a crumble topping, pastry lid, or crisp pie crust.
Blueberry crumble pie — recipe:

500 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp potato starch

2 tbsp sugar
Crumble topping:

125 g butter
-
2 dl (about 1 cup) all-purpose flour

1 dl (about 1/2 cup) rolled oats

1 dl (about 1/2 cup) sugar
Mix the blueberries with potato starch and sugar, and place them in a baking dish. Combine the butter with flour, oats, and sugar until you get a crumbly dough. Distribute the crumble evenly over the berries and bake at 200°C (about 390°F) for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
