SECTION 19 – EU CONSUMER RIGHTS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the product.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
The product must be returned in unused condition. We reserve the right to deduct compensation for diminished value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function.

Customs and import

- additional fees
- seized or returned shipments due to local regulations
Order limitations
