On April 25th, restaurant Bord7 officially opened its doors in Ljunghusen – a picturesque coastal village in southern Sweden, surrounded by pine forests, sand dunes, and just next to Skanör, Falsterbo and Höllviken.
This is where great food meets relaxed elegance. At Bord7, the focus is on seasonal flavors, locally sourced ingredients, and carefully selected wines – all served in a space that feels both personal and refined.
And now, among the interior details, you’ll find a new addition on the wall: a Corkframe.
Guests are invited to save the cork from a memorable bottle and even write a short message before placing it into the frame. Over time, it becomes a growing piece of art – a shared memory of good wine, good food, and good company.
The idea came from Jonas Wendt Månsson, the chef and owner behind Bord7. Before the restaurant opened, he reached out to us:
"I have a Corkframe at home that I really love. Now I’m opening a restaurant, and I have a spot where another one would fit perfectly."
That kind of message is exactly why we do what we do. When someone wants to bring Corkframes into a space where memories are created every day, it feels like the perfect match.
We’re proud to be part of this exciting new restaurant on the southern coast of Skåne – and we can’t wait to see the Corkframe fill up, cork by cork, memory by memory. If you’re near Falsterbo, Skanör, Höllviken, or visiting Skåne, make sure to book a table at www.bord7.se and check out the Corkframe in person.
