Ingredients:
- 90 ml (3 oz) chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
- 60 ml (2 oz) fresh pineapple juice
- 30 ml (1 oz) coconut water
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) fresh lime juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) grenadine
- Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Chill Your Glasses: Place your champagne flutes in the refrigerator or freezer to chill while you prepare the ingredients.

Prepare the Juice Mix: In a cocktail shaker, combine the fresh pineapple juice, coconut water, and fresh lime juice. Shake well to blend the flavors.
