There’s a new shade of pink emerging from Sweden’s windswept island of Gotland—and it’s anything but ordinary. Gotland Ginfabrik introduces its latest creation, PINK, an organic pink gin developed specifically for the Swedish market, offering a sharper, fresher, and more contemporary take on the category.
For those less familiar, Gotland is Sweden’s largest island, located in the Baltic Sea. Known for its dramatic coastline, rich history, and unique natural landscape, the island has in recent years become a hub for craft producers—where tradition meets innovation. At the heart of the flavor profile lies a vibrant trio: tangy rhubarb, sun-ripened raspberries, and a lift of fresh lemon balm. PINK also marks a new chapter for Gotland Ginfabrik. This is the first release signed by their new Master Distiller, Magnus Erntsson. With a clear vision from the outset, the goal was to surpass its predecessor in every way—a mission that, by all accounts, has been accomplished with precision.
The launch arrives as an exclusive edition of just 5,000 bottles, each featuring a distinctive pink base. A collector’s detail that underscores the limited nature of this release—once they’re gone, they’re gone. The product is released in Sweden via Systembolaget, making it primarily available to the Swedish market.

Serve PINK in a generous glass filled with ice.
