Recipe – Refreshing & Bubbly Champagne Punch (approx. 10 servings)
- 1 bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
- 500 ml elderflower cordial (concentrated)
- 500 ml soda water or sparkling lemon water
- 100 ml gin (optional)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 250 g strawberries, sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- Plenty of ice
How to make it:
- Mix the elderflower cordial and gin in a large bowl
- Add lemon slices, strawberries, and mint
- Fill with ice and pour in the soda water
- Top with champagne just before serving and stir gently
