I love this spicy marinade that works perfect with pork tenderloin. It works great to most grilled meat, but i have a special love for Pork Fillet.
Ingredients:
- 100 ml olive oil
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
-
Prepare the Marinade: Combine olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until all ingredients are well blended.
-
Marinate the Meat: Place the pork tenderloin in a plastic bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for best results.
-
Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade and let any excess marinade drain off.
-
Grill the Meat: Grill the pork tenderloin until it reaches an internal temperature of 70°C (158°F), about 20-25 minutes depending on thickness. Turn the meat regularly to ensure even grilling and a nice crust.
- Rest and Serve: Let the pork tenderloin rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite grilled sides, such as grilled vegetables, corn on the cob, or a fresh salad.
This marinade gives the pork tenderloin a wonderful BBQ flavor with a bit of heat, perfect for a flavorful and spicy grilling experience.
