This weekend’s drink tip once again comes from Mixed by Bella (Bella Porcile). Previously, she has inspired us with creations like the Violet and Lavender Margarita Milk Punch and Cloudberry and Crabapple. Today, Bella shares her cocktail Golden Cloud – a sophisticated drink that blends Nordic ingredients with international finesse.
The Drink: Golden Cloud
A luxurious cocktail with cognac as the base, refined with cloudberry, lemon, and orange bitters. Served in crystal glassware with honey and edible gold on the rim, this is truly a drink that lives up to its name: Golden Cloud.
Ingredients:

5 cl Braastad VSOP cognac

2.5 cl cloudberry syrup

3 cl lemon juice

3 dashes orange bitters
How to make it:
Shake cognac, cloudberry syrup, lemon juice, and orange bitters with ice. Strain into a glass, add ice, and top with neutral tonic or cloudberry tonic.
Glassware:

Garnish/Serving:
Brush the rim of the glass with honey and attach edible gold. Garnish with a small birch twig. For an extra elegant touch, serve on a vintage silver tray.
