Instructions

1. Prepare the vanilla syrup:

  4. Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool completely. If using vanilla extract, add it after the syrup has cooled.

2. Prepare the siphon:

  1. In a clean bowl, mix the egg whites and 200 ml of the cooled vanilla syrup. Stir gently to combine, ensuring no foam forms yet.

3. Charge the siphon:

  1. Secure the lid tightly and charge the siphon with a gas cartridge (N2O).

  2. Shake the siphon vigorously for about 15–20 seconds to mix the gas with the liquid.

  3. Place the siphon in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to cool the mixture and enhance the foam consistency.
