Ingredients

  • 5 cl bourbon or whiskey

  • 2 cl fresh lemon juice

  • 2 cl saffron honey (warm honey infused with a few threads of saffron)

  • 1 egg white (optional, for silky texture and foam)

  • Ice

Method

  1. Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and saffron honey in a shaker.

  2. Add the egg white if you want a smoother texture and elegant foam.

  3. Dry shake (without ice) to create foam, then add ice and shake again.

  4. Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice.
