Gotlands Ginfabrik, the artisanal gin producer based in Visby, Sweden, has just released a seasonal highlight: Rhubarb Spritz – a cocktail that tastes like Swedish summer in a glass. This ready-to-mix cocktail blends Gotlands Ginfabrik’s award-winning Dry Gin with tangy rhubarb, sweet raspberry, and a light, fruity finish.
Just mix it with Prosecco (or your favorite sparkling wine), and you’ve got a sophisticated, thirst-quenching drink that’s perfect for sunny afternoons or festive evenings with friends.
“We wanted to create a cocktail that makes it easy for consumers to enjoy something truly summery and delicious, without compromising on quality or flavor,” says Mathias Jöhnk of Gotlands Ginfabrik.
Rhubarb Spritz is the newest addition to the distillery’s pre-mixed cocktail series, following the success of their Espresso Martini. It’s also the second-to-last release in this year’s seasonal lineup.
How to mix your Rhubarb Spritz:

Pour around 7 cl of Rhubarb Spritz into a large wine glass
